
Securing the title in the inaugural year of the IQM National Inclusion Champion Award (2023/24) were: Holte School in Birmingham; Lismore Comprehensive School, Craigavon; Outwood Academy Shafton, Barnsley; Perryfields Primary PRU, Worcester; Barton Hill Academy, Torquay; St Wilfrid’s Academy, Doncaster; St Peter’s CE, Farnworth; and Five Acre Wood, Maidstone.
Each of these schools has demonstrated excellence when it comes to inclusive practice. They have created welcoming schools where diversity is cherished and celebrated and have shown they are willing to work with other schools to spread the powerful message of inclusion across the UK.
