Workshop Outline

This workshop is about how the Multi-Academy Trust agenda can be used/developed to create MATs which are focussed on inclusion and collaborating for the most vulnerable pupils. The workshop will give you an opportunity to investigate how the MAT agenda can be used to give you an insight of how this is being done in the complex world of SEND and working with Local Authorities. It will also show how Mersey View Learning Trust are using the IQM framework across the MAT to build truly inclusive schools and give a shared agenda of positivity and change in the difficult times schools face.
