We are delighted to announce the eight winners of the IQM National Inclusion Champion Award.
Securing the title in the inaugural year of the Award are: Holte School in Birmingham; Lismore Comprehensive School, Craigavon; Outwood Academy Shafton, Barnsley; Perryfields Primary PRU, Worcester; Barton Hill Academy, Torquay; St Wilfrid’s Academy, Doncaster; St Peter’s CE, Farnworth; and Five Acre Wood, Maidstone.
Cherished and Celebrated
Each of the schools has demonstrated excellence when it comes to inclusive practice. They have created welcoming schools where diversity is cherished and celebrated and have shown they are willing to work with other schools to spread the powerful message of inclusion across the UK.
Joe McCann, CEO of IQM extended his congratulations to each of the winners. He explained, “These eight schools exemplify everything IQM stands for. We are looking forward to working with each of you over the next 12 months to help share and promote inclusivity in schools all over the country.”
