Elli Rhodes
IQM Assessor
Elli Rhodes has worked as a mainstream and specialist (Speech, Language and Communication Needs) Primary teacher and SENDCo in the North East, as well as a trainer and assessor for the Thrive Approach in both Primary and Secondary phases.
Prior to teaching Elli was an Assistant Speech Therapist. Other roles held have included Safeguarding Governor for a large specialist secondary school and panel member for school admissions appeals.
Since 2005 Elli has worked for a charity called ATE Superweeks which runs residential holidays for 8-16 year olds all around the UK.
Elli is currently training as a psychotherapist and counsellor, working with children and young people, and continues to be committed to ensuring services are available and effective for everyone who needs to use them
