IQM Agreement to Participate – COE
Your reassessment pack contains the Flowchart of Process and Associated Costs as well as the Self Evaluation Report 2025 – 2026 document which covers the 8 elements of the Award. It also contains Guidance Notes for Self-Evaluation Report to help you to get started. You should begin by filling in the Self-Evaluation Report document. There is no need for this to be a lengthy document. Bullet points signposting exactly what your evidence is and where it can be found during your assessment are absolutely fine.
You are welcome to submit a couple of elements at a time to elements@iqmaward.com for checking and approval. This will ensure you are on the right lines before you progress any further with the remaining elements. Feedback normally takes 4 – 5 working days. If you are using a personal email address please identify the school to which the document refers. All telephone and email support throughout the process is free of charge.

The average time for schools to complete the award is two terms, though timescales vary depending on readiness and chosen award level.

Pricing information can be found on each award page. The cost of a school's registration is £299.50 + VAT. This is renewed every 3 years. The cost for Flagship and Centre of Excellence are UK prices.
No - while SEND is a core focus, IQM covers all aspects of inclusion, from diversity and equity to staff culture and community engagement.
