Guidance Notes for Self-Evaluation Report
Your IQM registration pack contains the Flowchart of Process as well as the Self Evaluation Report document which covers the 8 elements of the Award. It also contains Guidance Notes to help you to get started. You should begin by filling in the Self-Evaluation Report document. There is no need for this to be a lengthy document. Bullet points signposting exactly what your evidence is and where it can be found during your assessment are absolutely fine.
You are welcome to submit a couple of elements at a time to elements@iqmaward.com in order to get some feedback. This will ensure you are on the right lines before you progress any further with the remaining elements. Feedback normally takes 4 – 5 working days. If you are using a personal email address please identify the school to which the document refers. All telephone and email support throughout the process is free of charge.
The creation of IQM Centres of Excellence is a natural progression in further developing our partnerships with schools. Please feel free to request more information if this is something which is of interest to you.
