What are the IQM Awards for International Schools?

The IQM Awards recognise and enhance inclusion in schools worldwide, supporting leaders to develop environments where every student belongs.

There is a growing global demand for inclusive education, with international schools increasingly seeking trusted frameworks to measure, recognise and improve their practice. IQM is proud to be at the forefront of this movement, working with schools that want to demonstrate measurable impact on student outcomes and well-being.

Each international school is assessed by an IQM Assessor – an education expert with a deep understanding of global settings and extensive experience in school improvement.

Assessments are rigorous yet supportive, offering both recognition and developmental insight. By aligning inclusion with your school’s vision and community context, IQM helps ensure that policies, teaching, and curriculum design work seamlessly to meet the needs of every learner. Whether your school is just starting its inclusion journey or striving for recognition of excellence, the IQM framework provides a clear, structured path to success.
