Consequently, at Marine Academy Primary, they adapt approaches to meet individual needs, and lead a team where collaboration is encouraged, “to ensure that all pupils feel seen, valued, and celebrated.” It is in this way that leaders prioritise equity.

An annual Dream Big Day links the pupils with local employers with the intent of introducing them to the notion of potential future careers, as well as the invited organisations becoming aware of the future pipeline of employees.
