A Pleasure to Visit

It was a real pleasure to visit your school and to spend time in the school and to meet so many of your staff, students, parents and governors. Everybody was very welcoming from the minute I stepped into the school. I am truly grateful for all that was done to help me carry out my work. Despite your busy lives you all made me feel very comfortable and very welcome.

Commitment to Inclusion

There are so many strengths in the school that I will not be able to mention all of them in much detail in my report, but I will do my very best. Your leadership over the last two years has been successful in creating a community that is working together to achieve the same aims. The commitment to inclusion and to the Catholic values and mission is tangible and is obvious from the minute you step into the school. You have much to be proud of.

A Truly Inclusive School

All Saints is a truly inclusive school in all respects. Nothing is left to chance and it is clear that the young people always come first. No stone is left unturned when it comes to meeting the needs of students. There is a real learning culture in the school and students want to learn. Furthermore, they want to come to school because it is such an exciting place to be. They feel safe and secure at school and are able to get on with their learning. Parents and carers are very appreciative of all that the school does for their children. Pastoral care is exceptional, and the community feels like a big family. There is a lot of love in the school.

Working in Tandem

The Governors and Senior Leadership Team are working closely in tandem with you and I know they offer you and the people they line manage great support. Governors are very clear about their roles and they certainly add value and are totally on-side in terms of inclusion (and everything else!). They know the school very well and they bring considerable experience and expertise to the table.

Happy and Motivated Staff

Staff at all levels, are well motivated and feel happy in their work. They are well trained and developed and everything possible is done to make sure they continue to improve their practice. Their well-being is a priority and the school continues to look for innovative ways of making life a little easier for teachers and support staff. The pressures and demands are many and often it’s the small things that make a difference.
