The latest batch of Assessors were able to get acquainted at their bespoke training days hosted by IQM in London and Manchester this week. Here they were introduced to what it means to be an Inclusive school and how Assessors must look for evidence of this Inclusion throughout the school community. They were also trained in how the evidence gathered during Assessment Day should then be presented for final adjudication by IQM.
Welcoming the new recruits Joe McCann, IQM’s CEO explained, “We are delighted to have each of these highly experienced educators joining our team. Schools must reach a very high standard before they achieve any of our Awards, and in turn we need our Assessors to meet the same demanding standards. I know each of our new Assessors will not fail to deliver for IQM. I look forward to working with each of them in the future and I’m excited to see them helping schools achieve exceptional levels of Inclusion across the board.”
