We’re delighted to welcome Raleigh Education Trust (RET) as a new IQM partner. Four of its schools will now work with IQM to develop their inclusive practice and work towards accreditation.
Based in Nottingham, Raleigh Education Trust brings together mainstream, specialist and alternative provision settings, united by a vision to build a world where everyone is seen as special.
A Shared Approach to Inclusion
The RET schools beginning their IQM journey are Ambleside Academy, Brookvale Academy, Willowfield Academy, and Woodlands Academy.
Raleigh’s culture of ‘aligned autonomy’ gives school leaders the freedom to make decisions that respond to the needs of their individual communities, while working collaboratively across the Trust.
The Trust’s work is guided by its five Cs: Character, Confidence, Curiosity, Creativity and Challenge. These values underpin its ambition to ensure children develop the skills and confidence they need to fulfil their potential.
Supporting Continuous Improvement
As part of their work with IQM, the schools will have the opportunity to reflect on their existing inclusive practice, recognise what is working well and identify areas for further development.
The IQM process will also create opportunities to learn from one another while retaining the individual priorities of each setting.
We look forward to supporting Raleigh Education Trust and its schools as they begin this next stage with IQM.
